Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The Public Authority is located in downtown Modesto near the Lincoln School Shopping Center
(Savemart on H St.)

Downey Avenue is a one-way street in a busy downtown location, and this can make our office difficult to find. Please read the directions completely before you begin driving and call our office if you have any questions.

From Scenic Drive:

1. Take Scenic west heading downtown.
2. Stay in the right lane – where Scenic Drive ends, the street curves to the right toward McHenry. Follow the curve, which forces you onto Downey Ave.
3. Our office is in a light green building on your right about two blocks from Scenic.
4. If you merge with traffic on Downey, you've gone too far.

From McHenry Ave:

1. Take McHenry all the way to downtown (five points).
2. From left lane, continue onto 17^th St
3. Turn left onto H St. Stay in left lane.
4. At the light, turn left onto 19^th St.
5. Stay in the right lane and do not merge with traffic . Stay to the right and approach stop sign. The parking lot in front of stop sign is for Link2Care. We are in the light green building. Our office is next door to Carden's picture frame shop.

From Hwy 99 Northbound:

1. Take the Central Modesto exit.
2. At the first light, turn right onto G St.
3. Take G street to the end – make forced left onto Burney St.
4. Turn left onto 19^th St. (This is the first light – one block)
5. Stay in the right lane and do not merge with traffic . Stay to the right and approach stop sign. The parking lot in front of stop sign is for Link2Care. We are in the light green building. Our office is next door to Carden's picture frame shop.

From Hwy 99 Southbound:

1. Take the Central Modesto exit.
2. Turn left onto G St.
