Jeff began his career in the medical field as a Respiratory Therapist. After many years, he returned to school and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon graduation, he started working for Stanislaus County, and has worked there for the past 16 years in various capacities. He worked as a Social Worker for Adult Services in the In-Home Supportive Services Program for two years, then returned to California State University, Stanislaus, obtaining a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Upon graduation he was fortunate to obtain a position in the Chief Executive Office where he learned many valuable management skills. During this time he also became involved with the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee (IHSSAC), serving as Chairman for the first three years. As the opportunity for the Public Authority occurred, Jeff expressed his interest, and was appointed as interim Executive Director and then finally as Executive Director July 25, 2005.

Jennifer has been working for Stanislaus County for five years. She joined the Adult Services/IHSS team at CSA in July 2004, and continues that connection through her position with the Public Authority. Jennifer brings over ten years of clerical experience to the job, and enjoys working with the public. She is excited about the opportunity to help our Providers and Recipients increase their access to benefits available through the IHSS program. In addition to editing the quarterly newsletter and being an admin support for Link2Care staff, she is the main contact for insurance questions and enrollments for IHSS Providers.

Maria has been with Stanislaus County for 17 years. The last 13 of those years were with Adult Services where she worked in the Multi-Purpose Senior Services Program, General Assistance and In-Home Supportive Services Program. She accepted a promotional opportunity with the Public Authority, where she works as a Registry Specialist. Maria is bilingual, English and Spanish, providing the Public Authority with an added asset. She has a friendly disposition and helpful attitude that makes her an easy person to ask for help with Registry questions.

Doreen has been with Stanislaus County for over 15 years. Doreen, as the Accountant for the Public Authority, provides fiscal oversight which includes: budgeting, revenue and expenditure monitoring for both the administration and provider insurance benefit funds. In addition, she also monitors the budget for the In-Home Supportive Services Program. She has enjoyed the challenges of accounting for these programs and is proud to work with such as great team at the Public Authority!

Ana started working for Stanislaus County in February 2008.  She has worked in the medical field doing medical billing and supervising a medical billing office. After living in the Bay Area for a couple years, she recently came back to the Central Valley and has found her place at Link2Care as an Administrative Clerk. As the Link2Care receptionist, Ana is often the first person our customers have contact with. Ana enjoys helping others, is anxious to learn and is pleased to be the newest member of the Link2Care team.
